The feature introduces a persistent shelf at the top of the chat list, with expressive entry points and a thoughtful first-run experience that teaches without over-explaining.

The challenge was fitting a meaningful new concept into an already dense information hierarchy without disrupting habitual usage patterns. We ran extensive usability studies across multiple global markets, iterating on the interaction model until it felt inevitable rather than added.
